A downloadable pixel art pack

Some old equipment ideas I was doodling and experimenting with but didn't have time to use or develop further. Still, you might find one or two you like and with a little bit of polish it'll be good to go.

Would it be possible to have a sheet where the weapons are on the 90/180/270/360 rotation plane instead of the 45/135/225/315 plane? Due to the small size of these sprites, I cannot make this rotation myself without absolutely ruining the art; even when using Nearest Neighbor.

Something like this?

It would require redrawing the sprites... and it still might be difficult to get the same look. I wouldn't mind doing a pack like that in the future, but it'd be a lot of work to redraw every sprite in this pack and I don't have any use case for it myself.

Of course, you're free to redraw them yourself, even if you just rotate the sheet and draw over them to make them look right. You can also use the sword I just posted in this comment above as a starting point or as is (I would recommend trying to make improvements to it as I just drew it quickly).

And I'd like to ask in case I do a pack like that in the future, what's your use case for it? A sidescroller, UI elements, or something else? Why did the angled ones not work out?

Yeah! Something like what you showed in your reply is what I'm looking for. I figured it would be a large ask because I figured it would require a redraw.

My use case for it is as a weapon for a web-based game made with PixieJS. The angled ones weren't working because they were causing the weapons to be drawn on a 45-degree offset which made rotation look comically bad haha.

These textures are just *chefs kiss* do you mind if I use them in a Minecraft mod I will leave a link on the curse forge site(if I upload it):)

You can use it for whatever, just not reselling them.

Do you recognize assets in here as yours? Theyre selling it as NFTs, i want to notify you just in case https://twitter.com/FTMQuest?t=UmzsYiyjyiH6QRK0ky2PQg&s=09

As far as I can tell, no, but there are 3,333 of them so who knows lol. Thank you for notifying me just in case

Nice, 4 star.

Hello! Love the art, I know you say "Do not redistribute". I am making a minecraft server and would there be any chance that I could use your textures in my server's texture pack? I could upload it on curseforge or just have it on my discord. Either way I would credit you in the minecraft main menu and also link back to your page.

Would that be OK?

That's fine.

Thanks a bunch! I hope it will draw more attention to your work :)

Also, I know this would be a lot of work to do, but what about shields?

That was actually the next thing I was working on when I was making these but I never finished it... hmm I'm working on furniture and other things right now but I can probably sneak a few shields in

Thanks!

I appreciate you making these all separate sprites!
